====== Hummus ====== What: * Some legumes (chickpeas, red lentils, green peas, whatever you can get) * Tahini paste...or roasted sunflower seeds * Lime * Garlic * Olive oil * Sun dried tomatoes, red pesto or roasted paprika if you want to be fancy (you know you do) How: Prepare legumes (soak overnight, boil, just make them soft and edible). The leftover water from cooking is called [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aquafaba|aquafaba]]. It's a thing. Blend with tahini or seeds, add some lime juice, mashed garlic, olive oil and everything else. Blend again. You can spread it on anything and it will taste better.
