Soak chickpeas overnight. Pre-boil them if you want to. I don't. Roast some onions in the pan. Add peppers. Add spices (except marjoram/oregano). Add tomato purée. Add flour. Move it around a bit. Add water. Chickpeas. After 20mins potatoes. Grate one in if you have to. Marjoram.
