Roast some onions in the pan. Use oil from sun dried tomatoes. Add harissa and sun dried tomatoes. Add sliced tomatoes and add some sugar. Sprinkle with Balsamic vinegar. Stir in pesto, tomato purée and sour cream. Reduce.

Pour mixture into the baking dish. Randomly drop pieces of Feta and Mozzarella inside. Break the eggs over the mixture. Bake until eggs are done.
