What:
  * Ginger and garlic
  * Onion or shallots
  * Tempeh or soy
  * Peanuts
  * Broccoli (boiled)
  * Carrot
  * Shiitake (soak in water, then sprinkle with white pepper)
  * Scallion
  * soy sprouts or bamboo shoots

How:

Do the [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mise_en_place|mise en place]] thing. Stir-fry in wok in the above order ~30s each.
