Prepare legumes (soak overnight, boil, just make them soft and edible). The leftover water from boiling is called aquafaba. It's a thing.
Boil some quinoa in a pot like rice (rinse it, use less water).
Make tzatziki-like salad: Mix diced cucumber with black pepper, salt, yogurt and lemon juice.
Roast some onions in the pan. Use oil from sun dried tomatoes. Add garlic, parsley, harissa and sun dried tomatoes. Add chickpeas and green beans, stir in some tamarind chutney, cover.
