What:

• Some cookies (Bebe dobré ráno is nice) ~400g
• 4+ apples (or pears, whatever fruit you can get, fuck it even carrots)
• 400g+ quark
• 2 eggs
• 50g butter
• Lemon, lime or limoncello
• Flour
• Sugar

How:

Crush the cookies. Destroy them. Blender, shovel, cumulative charge…use your fantasy. Mix with melted butter. Use your hands. Get dirty.

Put the mixture in the cake pan, press it…again with your hands.

Bake in oven for 10min, 160°

Blend quark, eggs, lemon zest or limoncello, some flour and sugar. Put it on the crust. Bake for 30min, 180°.

Shred apples, put some butter and sugar on pan and caramel that shit. Add lemon juice. Put on top.

Done, enjoy it cold or hot.
