- 1 kg flour (between 0.55% and 0.8% residual ash mass and 11% to 14% protein, but whatever you have will do)
- 1 egg
- 42g baker's yeast
- 200ml milk
- 500ml soured milk (any type)
- 1-2 potatoes (fine-grated)
- Salt and sugar
- Ketchup (the good kind)
- Cheese (grated)
- Rapeseed oil (wonder how that's made)
Awake the yeast: mix it with milk and some sugar. Put it somewhere warm. Play some Debussy. After ~20mins switch to Rammstein to speed things up.
Mix everything together (with the slightly annoyed yeast). Careful!, very sticky. Put somewhere warm, do the 1-hour Debussy/Rammstein procedure (IMPORTANT!).
Make doughnut shaped…shapes without the hole in the middle. Deep-fry like there's no tomorrow.
Mix pressed garlic with some water and salt. Garnish. Use grated cheese and ketchup. Or sour cream. Or mayo. Or tartar sauce. Or make them sweet with jam or choco. Go crazy.
