- Spinach purée
- 2 eggs
- Sour cream (liquid)
- Tomato purée
Roast some onions in the pan. God forbid you use anything else than butter. Stir in spinach, tomato purée and sour cream. Reduce.
Mix eggs, ricotta and mascarpone in a bowl.
Fun part: making the pasta sandwich. Put some green stuff at the bottom of baking dish, layer with lasagna plates, spread with yellowy stuff, add some grated Parmesan and sliced Mozzarella. Repeat until baking dish is full, or you're out of lasagna plates.
Bake at 180° for 40+ minutes.
