Welsh rabbit


  • Butter
  • Flour
  • Worcester sauce
  • Dijon mustard
  • Cheese (get moldy blue one or cheddar or Beemster if you can get it)
  • Guinness beer (or any stout)


Melt the butter in the pan, add flour. We are making roux with extra awesomeness. Add beer. You should have thick paste right now. Add grated cheese, Dijon mustard and sprinkle with Worcester sauce.

Spread on bread or toast, eat with tomato soup.
